I first made contact with the internet manager, Richard Nouris, who assisted with getting me the numbers I requested. Then salesman Victor Harris, closed the deal like a boss! It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service…

I was able to negotiate a great price. However, as a result, the dealer decided to REMOVE the tonneau cover that was on the truck at the initial test drive, and in photos in the vehicles listing..... immediately after I paid for the vehicle.
