Very nice service guy that was helpful. I just needed my first oil change and tires rotated. Waiting over 2 hours after expecting 1 hour is a big stretch for me. Not sure I'll be back to spend my whole afternoon getting an oil change.

Always greeted by Charles. I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter. Those other gentleman on your right as you walk in is so cold and not welcoming. I've been coming to this dealership for the last 10/15 years and purchased at least 7 cars and those few guys have been the same. Thank God for Sammy, Charles , Melissa! The new group of caring associates. Being nice, kind and supportive goes a long way when working with the public.

If only the other GMC service centers could come close! He's remarkable and an incredible asset to your dealership. Do whatever you have to keep him there - others just don't compare. As someone in a service role myself, I can appreciate how taxing it can be, but he's always exceeded our expectations. We know we'll get taken care of and the job will be done right when it's in his care.

Someone met me at the car and directed me to Monica. She was friendly and helpful and walked me to my car when done.

Great purchase experience. David was great and communicated well. Disappointed in the detailing. Rushed to clean the car and scrapped the interior side walls of the passenger and driver door. Also Made the car dirty from tire shine (black all over the white car) and broke the middle console. Popped out the middle compartmentZ
