Well, I can say that I have an ongoing issue that has been difficult to resolve but, your team has done the absolute best job of navigating through this situation. To inherit an issue that has no fix but being committed to finding one is an exceptional task. Your service department, under the leadership of Nick Rose, has blown me away. Unfortunately, if they want to get rid of me, they’ll have to do a horrible job of service, which is why I’m still coming. Went in for a tire pressure issue . Service checked each tire and made sure safe and no leak issues.

Very nice service guy that was helpful. I just needed my first oil change and tires rotated. Waiting over 2 hours after expecting 1 hour is a big stretch for me. Not sure I'll be back to spend my whole afternoon getting an oil change.

Always greeted by Charles. I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter. Those other gentleman on your right as you walk in is so cold and not welcoming. I've been coming to this dealership for the last 10/15 years and purchased at least 7 cars and those few guys have been the same. Thank God for Sammy, Charles , Melissa!
