Well it took 3/4 separate visits to get the door locks finally fixed after told they were fixed, however it is fixed thankfully and 2 of the 3 warranties that we were URGED by dealership to purchase didn't cover things that are wrong with our vehicle which is frustrating and the paper work states it should. but fine print says otherwise that wasn't discussed. A lot of trips and wasted time and money spent taking the vehicle back and forth. Then there was grease from shoes that have stained our front floor mats also felt like another item should have been fixed that was wrong from the day we received the vehicle after having it built and waiting but we should have said something but when offered to fix it we would have to pay half which I disagree with after ordering a vehicle and will have paid 92,000 when finish paying it off and it not being built right and not getting the right interior trim because it wasn't 'available'. This is a different class vehicle compared to like a GMC Terrain and is expected to be perfect for the prices paid. Quality should be priority one! Is a great vehicle and I believe the dealership has good intentions.

I had three issues and was charged $240ea for diagnostics. That's insane. I was told my software needed updated, so I was charged for that and it still didn't fix the problem.

They are courteous, and always get me in and out asap and that is really appreciated!!!

Courtesy and gets me on my way in a timely manner. My truck is always clean when I get it back
