I walked into the dealership searching different SUV’s and with the help of David Estrella I found the perfect family vehicle for us. The vehicle was a dream of mine always and with the help of David the process was smooth and my kids are loving watching tv in the car on road trips. Highly recommend this dealership and David. 😊

Friendly respectful. My issue was that my Yukon didn't come with a wheel unlock key and instead of just being able to sell me a key or give me one I had to buy an entire new set of wheel locks with a key.

Started off bad. Service that was paid for appeared to not be done. Brakes(front and rear) both appeared not to be completed. So I was very apprehensive that any of the service was completed. Spoke with Charles who then got the service manager Nick involved. Nick had my vehicle picked up from our home. Brought back to their shop. Nick insured all the services were completed and had the truck returned to our home. He even had the truck detailed. So bad first experience but Charles and Nick went above and beyond to make us feel secure that our vehicle was taken care of properly. We will be returning for future services. Those two guys are simply wonderful.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Jim Ellis GMC at Mall of Georgia. I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A huge thank you to my salesperson, David Estrella, and his manager, Sami Karaki, for standing behind the sale and making sure I was taken care of. I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle.
