I walked into the dealership searching different SUV’s and with the help of David Estrella I found the perfect family vehicle for us. Friendly respectful. My issue was that my Yukon didn't come with a wheel unlock key and instead of just being able to sell me a key or give me one I had to buy an entire new set of wheel locks with a key.

Started off bad. Service that was paid for appeared to not be done. Brakes(front and rear) both appeared not to be completed. So I was very apprehensive that any of the service was completed. Spoke with Charles who then got the service manager Nick involved. Nick had my vehicle picked up from our home. Brought back to their shop. Nick insured all the services were completed and had the truck returned to our home. He even had the truck detailed. So bad first experience but Charles and Nick went above and beyond to make us feel secure that our vehicle was taken care of properly. We will be returning for future services. Those two guys are simply wonderful.

I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Well, I can say that I have an ongoing issue that has been difficult to resolve but, your team has done the absolute best job of navigating through this situation. To inherit an issue that has no fix but being committed to finding one is an exceptional task. Your service department, under the leadership of Nick Rose, has blown me away. Unfortunately, if they want to get rid of me, they’ll have to do a horrible job of service, which is why I’m still coming. Went in for a tire pressure issue . Service checked each tire and made sure safe and no leak issues.

Everything went smoothly until I got report of another nail in tire but quick response helped.
