I have been a customer for several years. Brought my car there and have been getting it seviced by their service department. I leave happy, with their service , it is affordable , I was treated very good . They showed me a video of the service. And explained what was done. Most of all I left with a piece of mind that my car was taken care of. And I wasn’t charged unreasonable amount of money.

Maintenance was performed in a timely manner. My service advisor kept me updated on the progress of the service and recommendations for future service needs.

Disappointed, I was sent an estimate, but when I went to pay, it was significantly higher! The charges were inflated from the estimate… Why send an estimate if it’s not valid! It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service…

Great service department. Estimated job time was double the originally stated time. But work was still done same day and exactly as expected. I would recommend and use again.

Just went in for an oil change, which took roughly 90 minutes. My biggest complaint about the dealership as you constantly send an email and phone call to remind me of an appointment.. received a phone call confirming my appointment two hours after I made it don't really need to be reminded that much.
