Worst experience I've had in 10 years. Nick, the service manager was great. Dropped my truck off for a 9am appt. to check the check engine light. I never heard anything that day. I texted and called multiple times the next day for an update. The update was the check engine light was not on so there was nothing they could do. The other issue was a shudder, 3 people had driven it and 3 different opinions on what's causing it. I did a ride along with the lead mechanic and he did experience the shudder and steering wheel squeak. I was told they are waiting for another truck like mine to see if it does the same.
Courteous and quick The girl that helped me was very nice and the service was completed in a timely manner.

Uncaring, rude, flippant, incompetent staff. Jump through hoops for zero reasons. Was given an email that did not work and the employee saw it and confirmed it was correct. Not the service nor the dealership it used to be. This car is over $100k and 30k miles. Its been in the shop 5 to 6 times minimum for issues. Then they give ME a hard time and placate me? And Melissa should not be allowed around the public woth her attitude. They young guy at the very end that checked me out was the only person in the service dept that had or displayed any decorum whatsoever. Then when I turned down the fuel injection service that all service writers tack on and when I politely said no thanks, Brandon was not warm and fuzzy. I wont buy another vehicle from Jim Ellis unless something changes.
