Uncaring, rude, flippant, incompetent staff. Jump through hoops for zero reasons. Was given an email that did not work and the employee saw it and confirmed it was correct. Not the service nor the dealership it used to be. This car is over $100k and 30k miles. Its been in the shop 5 to 6 times minimum for issues. Then they give ME a hard time and placate me? And Melissa should not be allowed around the public woth her attitude. They young guy at the very end that checked me out was the only person in the service dept that had or displayed any decorum whatsoever. Then when I turned down the fuel injection service that all service writers tack on and when I politely said no thanks, Brandon was not warm and fuzzy. I wont buy another vehicle from Jim Ellis unless something changes.

The wait time is annoying, but they always do good work and never give me a hard time for warranty work. I'm hoping to get my warranty extended before it goes out in a few months. Thanks.
So far I can say that Jim Eillis service department is extremely professional and listen to the customer needs They keep you informed throughout the entire process regarding your vehicle service and get you in and out as quickly as possible, but making sure all your concerns are addressed. Victor was a pleasure to work with. He made the process very easy to help maneuver around my busy schedule. The truck I was test driving was already sitting up front when I got there. He also took the time to go over the vehicle and make sure I had everything set up. Came back the next day and paperwork was ready to sign and get me rolling.

Reached before my appointment and nobody checked me in. Waited and asked different people and they said someone will come to me, and nobody did. I asked an advisor and he said they are really busy and will get to my car soon and this was 90 minutes after my appointment. My car was done about 3 hours which was supposed to be an oil change and tire rotation.
My wife was the one who brought the vehicle in for the oil change so when I got home and saw the bill at $180 for an oil change, I thought it seemed high.
This place has a very bad display of racial discrimination. Let me explain. The times I have come to Jim Ellis , some advisors at the reception area for service display a very disconcerting attitude when certain people come in. They act if they are busy and don't see the potential customers. This has happened to me 3 times. Fortunately, the young advisor did help me and each time he went out of his way to assist me. This time I was there for an oil change. My appointment was at 9am, I showed up at 830, my vehicle was not ready until after 11am , with no explanation as to why it took so long. The advisor , didn't seem too concerned about it, however , Mr. Charles Pryor, saw that I was there for long time just for an oil change and went to get help for me. My vehicle had the engine and transmission replaced there and is still under warranty. I have no desire to ever come again unless there is a problem with my engine and transmission. If you don't want certain customers, just put up a sign and say so, I am sure other places will glad to help. Very unfriendly place, for sure.
