I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Jim Ellis GMC at Mall of Georgia. I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A huge thank you to my salesperson, David Estrella, and his manager, Sami Karaki, for standing behind the sale and making sure I was taken care of. I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle. What really matters is how they treat you after the sale when an issue comes up, and that’s where these guys really impressed me. Great customer service, great communication, and they followed through on what they said they would do. I truly appreciate David, Sami, Ed, and Jason at Jim Ellis GMC. It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service…

Started off bad.
Started off bad. Service that was paid for appeared to not be done. Brakes(front and rear) both appeared not to be completed. So I was very apprehensive that any of the service was completed. Spoke with Charles who then got the service manager Nick involved. Nick had my vehicle picked up from our home. Brought back to their shop. Nick insured all the services were completed and had the truck returned to our home. He even had the truck detailed. So bad first experience but Charles and Nick went above and beyond to make us feel secure that our vehicle was taken care of properly. We will be returning for future services. Those two guys are simply wonderful.

Always greeted by Charles. I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter. Those other gentleman on your right as you walk in is so cold and not welcoming. I've been coming to this dealership for the last 10/15 years and purchased at least 7 cars and those few guys have been the same. Thank God for Sammy, Charles , Melissa! The new group of caring associates. Being nice, kind and supportive goes a long way when working with the public.

James has great customer service. He greeted me when I came to the counter. There was just a small issue with my part that was recalled wasn’t put on correctly. He called me and asked him. Could I bring it back in? Actually he offered for him or someone from the dealership to pick up the vehicle for me, which was really really convenient. I really love that and also my tank was full and they brought the vehicle back so I would definitely be bringing my car there if I have any issues thank you.

I was able to negotiate a great price. However, as a result, the dealer decided to REMOVE the tonneau cover that was on the truck at the initial test drive, and in photos in the vehicles listing..... immediately after I paid for the vehicle.

I first made contact with the internet manager, Richard Nouris, who assisted with getting me the numbers I requested. Then salesman Victor Harris, closed the deal like a boss!
