Called ahead and Richard had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Richard was very polite and knowledgeable. After deciding to make the purchase the transaction was very smooth. Vehicle has been great and although used, it came with a 12 month 12k bumper to bumper warranty. Would definitely revisit for any future vehicle needs.

I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A huge thank you to my salesperson, David Estrella, and his manager, Sami Karaki, for standing behind the sale and making sure I was taken care of. I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle. Ed went far above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate the repairs needed and get me back into my vehicle. There were repeated issues with GM refusing to apply the rewards points that I legitimately earned and Ed stayed engaged trying to help resolve the matter even though GM still has not applied the earned points to my GM rewards account despite all of Ed's valiant efforts.

My experience with Ed Barnes personally was positive.
My experience with Ed Barnes personally was positive. He was professional, courteous, and communicated with me throughout the process. My frustration is with how the underlying vehicle issue was handled. My 2022 Buick Enclave previously required repair for a known manufacturer-related exhaust defect. The exhaust system developed problems again, and the resulting exhaust leak was followed by catalytic converter damage and a P0420 code. Despite the history of the manufacturer defect and the connection I raised between the exhaust leak and subsequent catalytic converter failure, I was told the catalytic converter was unrelated and GM declined to cover the repair. I was instead offered a $500 discount. I also experienced a significant fluid leak after the vehicle was serviced, which created an additional concern that had not existed beforehand. I appreciate Ed’s assistance, but I am extremely disappointed that I am being left responsible for an expensive repair that I believe resulted from a recurring manufacturer-related exhaust problem rather than normal wear and tear.

It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service…

Poor communication, a prooblem that should have taken
Poor communication, a prooblem that should have taken less than one work day to diagnose and fix took over 2 full days and 3 nights, overpriced, and accidentally overcharged labor - if they had not taken so long to bring my car up, I am not sure I would have noticed and had Charles refunded I would have eaten the overcharge. Absolutely everything that people hate about a dealership was on display.

David reached out to me on my cell before I even walked into the dealership, which already told me he was going to take care of me. He was polite, he listened, and I could tell he actually cared about getting me the best deal instead of just closing a sale. I told him my budget going in, and somehow he came in under it. I still can’t believe that happened. No pressure, no games, just straight up honesty the whole way through. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough. If I could give David a 6, I would. He’s got a customer for life now. See you in three years for my next one, David! If you’re heading to Jim Ellis, do yourself a favor and ask for David.

Started off bad.
Started off bad. Service that was paid for appeared to not be done. Brakes(front and rear) both appeared not to be completed. So I was very apprehensive that any of the service was completed. Spoke with Charles who then got the service manager Nick involved. Nick had my vehicle picked up from our home. Brought back to their shop. Nick insured all the services were completed and had the truck returned to our home. He even had the truck detailed. So bad first experience but Charles and Nick went above and beyond to make us feel secure that our vehicle was taken care of properly. We will be returning for future services. Those two guys are simply wonderful.

James has great customer service. He greeted me when I came to the counter. There was just a small issue with my part that was recalled wasn’t put on correctly. He called me and asked him. Could I bring it back in? Actually he offered for him or someone from the dealership to pick up the vehicle for me, which was really really convenient. I really love that and also my tank was full and they brought the vehicle back so I would definitely be bringing my car there if I have any issues thank you.

I first made contact with the internet manager, Richard Nouris, who assisted with getting me the numbers I requested. Then salesman Victor Harris, closed the deal like a boss! Victor was personable, knowledgeable and overall cared about my purchase experience. He was forthcoming, transparent and did not pressure me to make any hasty decisions. I highly recommend the Jim Ellis dealership, especially using Victor as the salesman, and would buy another vehicle from them anytime.

I scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. and was promised same-day diagnosis, with repairs expected to take one day. However, after waiting several hours, my car had not been diagnosed, and I was informed that the process would not begin until the next business day. I rented a car based on the original timeline, resulting in unnecessary expense and inconvenience. I returned early to retrieve my vehicle because I felt that if the service consultant was misinformed, anyone working on my vehicle would also be misinformed. I left without a diagnosis or repair, and the poor communication significantly wasted my time. I am dissatisfied with this experience and will not return or recommend this business to friends.
