David was understanding and well educated on the vehicles and didn't pressure us to do more than we could. He assisted me in looking at multiple vehicles and didn't get annoyed when I changed my mind. Quick and easy Richard was very personable and friendly. He offered a test drive, had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up for my arrival and had it cleaned after purchase. The day after he even arranged a service technician to check my vehicle out at my home. Great customer service. Finance was quick and easy. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.

I was able to negotiate a great price. However, as a result, the dealer decided to REMOVE the tonneau cover that was on the truck at the initial test drive, and in photos in the vehicles listing..... immediately after I paid for the vehicle.
