He assisted me in looking at multiple vehicles and didn't get annoyed when I changed my mind. Quick and easy Richard was very personable and friendly. He offered a test drive, had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up for my arrival and had it cleaned after purchase. The day after he even arranged a service technician to check my vehicle out at my home. Great customer service. Finance was quick and easy. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.

I was able to negotiate a great price. However, as a result, the dealer decided to REMOVE the tonneau cover that was on the truck at the initial test drive, and in photos in the vehicles listing..... immediately after I paid for the vehicle.
