He was polite, he listened, and I could tell he actually cared about getting me the best deal instead of just closing a sale. I told him my budget going in, and somehow he came in under it. I still can’t believe that happened. No pressure, no games, just straight up honesty the whole way through. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough. If I could give David a 6, I would. He’s got a customer for life now.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Jim Ellis GMC at Mall of Georgia. I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A huge thank you to my salesperson, David Estrella, and his manager, Sami Karaki, for standing behind the sale and making sure I was taken care of. I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle. What really matters is how they treat you after the sale when an issue comes up, and that’s where these guys really impressed me. Great customer service, great communication, and they followed through on what they said they would do. I truly appreciate David, Sami, Ed, and Jason at Jim Ellis GMC. Great purchase experience. David was great and communicated well. Disappointed in the detailing. Rushed to clean the car and scrapped the interior side walls of the passenger and driver door. Also Made the car dirty from tire shine (black all over the white car) and broke the middle console. Popped out the middle compartmentZ

Disappointed, I was sent an estimate, but when I went to pay, it was significantly higher! The charges were inflated from the estimate… Why send an estimate if it’s not valid! It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service…

Quick and easy Richard was very personable and friendly. He offered a test drive, had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up for my arrival and had it cleaned after purchase. The day after he even arranged a service technician to check my vehicle out at my home. Great customer service. Finance was quick and easy. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.

I was able to negotiate a great price. However, as a result, the dealer decided to REMOVE the tonneau cover that was on the truck at the initial test drive, and in photos in the vehicles listing..... immediately after I paid for the vehicle.
