I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A huge thank you to my salesperson, David Estrella, and his manager, Sami Karaki, for standing behind the sale and making sure I was taken care of. I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle. What really matters is how they treat you after the sale when an issue comes up, and that’s where these guys really impressed me. Disappointed, I was sent an estimate, but when I went to pay, it was significantly higher! The charges were inflated from the estimate… Why send an estimate if it’s not valid! It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service…
