I first made contact with the internet manager, Richard Nouris, who assisted with getting me the numbers I requested. Then salesman Victor Harris, closed the deal like a boss! Victor was personable, knowledgeable and overall cared about my purchase experience. He was forthcoming, transparent and did not pressure me to make any hasty decisions. It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service…

I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A huge thank you to my salesperson, David Estrella, and his manager, Sami Karaki, for standing behind the sale and making sure I was taken care of. I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle.
