Brought a clean truck with no issues. 6500 miles. Dealer decided to top off my DEF fluid even though I didn’t ask. Came back to pick up my truck and it was dirty and they spilled corrosive DEG fluid all over the truck. Leaving stains. Now my Def system says full even though it’s got 1500 miles. So now I’ll be back next week to get that addressed!!

Service advisor or customer service, I didn’t get her name but she was super nice but the service Technician on the other hand named Kevin was very rude and very short fuse. We will not be taking our car to get serviced at GMC Mall of Georgia.

They problem was not resolved. The sensor is still not working. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular locations is full of long waiting time, and bad customer care.

My whole experience was a no-pressure process my sales rep Nick did his job and the manager of the dealership had a very inviting atmosphere. I loved the coffee stand And Aundrey my Russian comrade seemed like a brother from another mother. My only complaint was that the detail team should have done better cleaning a car. It wasn't bad upon delivery, but a 100k vehicle should be spotless.

Exactly what I got, in and out about 3hrs total with all necessary paperwork completed to purchase truck.
