My service advisorgave me a clear view of my car and his recommendations. I chose to have some additional work done, but felt no pressure to do so. Well, everything wasn't all good when I arrived, like my previous tent job was bubbling and not right, and I had new rims for them to install on my new 2023 Cadillac XT6. To say the least, things got tempestuous quickly, but they fixed all encountered problems that they could at the time and at the agreed upon price. Very clean and nice customer service. Did not provide an in-depth solution in what was originally wrong. Found other stuff to fix.

Due to the lack of inventory I didn't think I would be getting my new Yukon anytime soon, but thanks to Fred and Sammy they made it happen. They were the perfect tag team and made my dream a reality. Fred was great about communicating with me and updating me on the status of my vehicle. Sammy made the finance part smooth and quick! I did not have to spend all day in the dealership it was quick and easy.

Best car experience I have had. Despite the inventory shortage Sami and Fred really came together to get me the vehicle I really wanted. I would highly recommend these guys, they made me feel right at home and didn’t play the sales game.


I typically send a text message to my advice with any requests or questions. The serice I requested was scheduled within timeframe I gave them. I found out when I arrived that my regular advisor was on vacation, so I dealt with someone new. Service was performed within a reasonable time. The advisor told me of an “recommendation“ and a quote was given for the recommendation. The quote was only good for a couple of weeks. When I tried to follow up on the quote, several times via text, I never received a response.
