Horrible experience, waiting in the dealership over 3 hours. My suv were ready . Charles was nowhere to be found to finish my paperwork so I can go. Someone did it for me.. my tire pressure light is on. They didn't clear off NO notification. Drive off 85 miles and my light still on.

I loved the new technology as you drive in. It really highlighted why I needed new tires before my road trip. I wasn't planning on spending what I did but Brandon helped to walk me through all of my options and make the best decision. Great experience!
Ed was amazing. He's the only person that has ever walked me to my vehicle to verify everything was good to go. Normally, I am stuck putting away the tire lock tool and removing the service tag that is typically left in the vehicle. Ed removed all the leftover trash and put the tire tool back in the glove compartment box. Exceptional customer service for sure
I absolutely enjoyed my experience. The service advisor went above and beyond to do a multi point inspection and brought any concerns he had to me and allow me to opportunity to fix what was needed in a timely manner. He also offered concierge assistance with Uber if I wanted to go get something to eat or to go at a location in Buford. Absolutely enjoyed my experience.
Tom is great. He has always been very helpful in scheduling work for my vehicles, communicating diagnoses and is always on top of the status of whatever my vehicles are in the shop for. Always a pleasure to work with Tom.

I live Jim Ellis overall. I had transferred everything from Rick Hendrick GMC in Duluth to Jim Ellis Mall of Georgia a few years ago, but there has been one or two times that were complex due to multiple different people saying different things about my warranty (all approved vy GMC).

Worst experience I've had in 10 years. Nick, the service manager was great. Dropped my truck off for a 9am appt. to check the check engine light. I never heard anything that day. I texted and called multiple times the next day for an update. The update was the check engine light was not on so there was nothing they could do. The other issue was a shudder, 3 people had driven it and 3 different opinions on what's causing it. Uncaring, rude, flippant, incompetent staff. Jump through hoops for zero reasons. Was given an email that did not work and the employee saw it and confirmed it was correct. Not the service nor the dealership it used to be. This car is over $100k and 30k miles. Its been in the shop 5 to 6 times minimum for issues. Then they give ME a hard time and placate me? Victor was a pleasure to work with. He made the process very easy to help maneuver around my busy schedule. The truck I was test driving was already sitting up front when I got there. He also took the time to go over the vehicle and make sure I had everything set up. Came back the next day and paperwork was ready to sign and get me rolling.
Reached before my appointment and nobody checked me in. Waited and asked different people and they said someone will come to me, and nobody did. I asked an advisor and he said they are really busy and will get to my car soon and this was 90 minutes after my appointment. My car was done about 3 hours which was supposed to be an oil change and tire rotation.
My wife was the one who brought the vehicle in for the oil change so when I got home and saw the bill at $180 for an oil change, I thought it seemed high.
This place has a very bad display of racial discrimination. Let me explain. The times I have come to Jim Ellis , some advisors at the reception area for service display a very disconcerting attitude when certain people come in. They act if they are busy and don't see the potential customers. This has happened to me 3 times. Fortunately, the young advisor did help me and each time he went out of his way to assist me. I was able to negotiate a great price. However, as a result, the dealer decided to REMOVE the tonneau cover that was on the truck at the initial test drive, and in photos in the vehicles listing..... immediately after I paid for the vehicle.

There was no greeting from Charles and no communication when I asked for assistance. I was promised $10 off my total, but during checkout I was told they could not honor it. I spoke with the manager, and he stated that he would credit my account for the $10, but I still have not received the credit. My car was also not vacuumed, even after I reminded them at check-in. Quick and easy Richard was very personable and friendly. He offered a test drive, had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up for my arrival and had it cleaned after purchase. The day after he even arranged a service technician to check my vehicle out at my home. Great customer service. Finance was quick and easy. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.

While I would have appreciated a shorter wait time, James told me it would be about two hours (in my opinion, that's too long). James was great and all work conducted looked good, except that the windshield washer fluid was not replaced. I'll be back - appreciate the great customer service!!
