"My wife first decided to look at cars online, she narrowed it down to one SUV, the Ford Escape, and to two cars that we previously owned, the Camry and Accord. We also had previously owned an Expedition, but our children are grown and have cars of their own and we have no use for anything that large. We stopped at the Honda dealership to drive an Accord and, of course, we posted it on Facebook to let everyone know that we were car shopping due to the car accident I was in the previous week. Nathan Shaw picked up on that and in no time let me know that he would make it worth my time to come down to Jim Ellis. 15 minutes later Nathan was talking to us like just "good ole friends." He showed us several cars online and then we went out on to the lot to look. My wife found the 2009 Red Ford Escape and fell in love with that SUV and wanted to drive it right away. The whole process was so smooth and effortless. We bought the car on Saturday night, finishing up with Eddie Carvelho, in finance. Eddie even called back on Monday morning to say that he got a better finance rate than what we signed for on Saturday..by 1.5 points ! Is this really true, Mr. Ellis ? In a time where customer service has really fallen by the wayside, are the expectations at Jim Ellis GMC that much higher than everyone else? I say a resounding YES !! In fact, so much that 5 days later, I came back to buy another vehicle. When my Camry was totaled, I drove a Nissan Altima for a rental and fell in love with it. Nathan told me about a 2010 Altima that had just come in on a trade that was loaded. I test drove it...loved it....traded my Ford F-150. Another smooth as silk transaction !! I do believe you have yourself a lifetime customer, Mr. Ellis. Thanks to Nathan, Eddie and everyone down at Jim Ellis GMC @ Mall of Georgia. You guys are the BEST !!"

The transition to the financing office (which usually is where surprises come up) was as pleasant as dealing with John. Eddie not only was professional, but called me back a day later to say that he was able to lower my rate based on my credit score. I've NEVER had a dealership call me back after the deal was done to lower my payments!
