This place has a very bad display of racial discrimination. Let me explain. The times I have come to Jim Ellis , some advisors at the reception area for service display a very disconcerting attitude when certain people come in. They act if they are busy and don't see the potential customers. This has happened to me 3 times. Fortunately, the young advisor did help me and each time he went out of his way to assist me. This time I was there for an oil change. My appointment was at 9am, I showed up at 830, my vehicle was not ready until after 11am , with no explanation as to why it took so long. The advisor , didn't seem too concerned about it, however , Mr. Charles Pryor, saw that I was there for long time just for an oil change and went to get help for me. My vehicle had the engine and transmission replaced there and is still under warranty. I have no desire to ever come again unless there is a problem with my engine and transmission. If you don't want certain customers, just put up a sign and say so, I am sure other places will glad to help. Very unfriendly place, for sure.

There was no greeting from Charles and no communication
There was no greeting from Charles and no communication when I asked for assistance. I was promised $10 off my total, but during checkout I was told they could not honor it. I spoke with the manager, and he stated that he would credit my account for the $10, but I still have not received the credit. My car was also not vacuumed, even after I reminded them at check-in. I did not receive a breakdown of their diagnosis at checkout either. Another gentleman eventually offered to vacuum my car, and I truly appreciated his help. I wish I knew his name so I could recognize him personally

Uncaring, rude, flippant, incompetent staff. Jump through hoops for zero reasons. Was given an email that did not work and the employee saw it and confirmed it was correct. Not the service nor the dealership it used to be. This car is over $100k and 30k miles. Its been in the shop 5 to 6 times minimum for issues. Then they give ME a hard time and placate me? And Melissa should not be allowed around the public woth her attitude. They young guy at the very end that checked me out was the only person in the service dept that had or displayed any decorum whatsoever. Then when I turned down the fuel injection service that all service writers tack on and when I politely said no thanks, Brandon was not warm and fuzzy. I wont buy another vehicle from Jim Ellis unless something changes.

James has great customer service. He greeted me when I came to the counter. There was just a small issue with my part that was recalled wasn’t put on correctly. He called me and asked him. Could I bring it back in? Actually he offered for him or someone from the dealership to pick up the vehicle for me, which was really really convenient. I really love that and also my tank was full and they brought the vehicle back so I would definitely be bringing my car there if I have any issues thank you.
